  In order to effectively bind a policy we require Acord applications signed by the insured and a copy of the down payment check faxed or emailed to us with a request to bind letter. Mail the original applications along with the down payment check made payable to the insurance carrier.

Helpful information for agents to know:
> Each insurance carrier is unique and may require different information in order to bind coverage. Specific binding information will be included in your quote.
> Some of our insurance carriers will direct bill for the down payment. We will let the agent know if that option is available to their insured.
> Binding requests must be received in our office prior to the effective date of coverage. In some instances, depending on the carrier, binders may be received on the effective day.
> We require proper state exclusion forms or an applicable letter from your state bureau for workers compensation insurance policies excluding officers. See our Forms/Applications page for this information.
