Mid Atlantic Insurance Services would like to announce the hiring of Paul Bowers as their Commissions Coordinator. He will be responsible for processing the payment and reporting of commissions. He can also address any related issues and/or questions regarding commissions. Although Paul is fairly new to the insurance industry, he has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, systems analysis, and compliance.
Prior to Paul’s arrival, our commissions were handled on a part time basis. With over 10,000 policies on the books, and with some carriers paying commission monthly, we found it is necessary to hire a full time commission processor in office. Paying our agents is the most important aspect of our business and Paul will help streamline our commission process and make payments as soon as we receive the commissions from the carriers. You will see a dramatic difference in turn around time for you commission.

Paul is married, has 2 daughters, and lives in the Mechanicsville area. He enjoys reading, basketball, tennis and bike riding. Paul is a CPA, graduated from JMU and has a Masters in Business Administration from VCU.
